Accento N is a dual-wavelength laser that combines 755nm and 1064nm in one device. At Peachcell Clinic in Gangnam we use it for sun spots and lentigines (flat brown age spots), facial redness, and removing fine facial hair.
People looking for a laser for dark spots in Korea often have several concerns at once: a few brown spots from the sun, some redness on the cheeks, and peach fuzz that makes makeup look uneven. Accento N can address these in one visit by switching wavelengths.
Accento N is part of Peachcell’s signature one-day pigment package, together with a melasma injection and cryo care. Dr. Ha checks your pigment type first, because melasma is treated differently from spots.
How it works
The 755nm wavelength is strongly absorbed by melanin. On a sun spot, it heats and breaks up the pigment, and the spot darkens and flakes off over about a week. The same wavelength also targets the pigment in hair follicles, which is how it reduces fine facial hair.
The 1064nm wavelength goes deeper and is absorbed by blood vessels and deeper pigment. At gentle settings it is used to calm redness and warm the skin evenly.
Because Accento N uses heat, Dr. Ha uses it carefully around melasma. For melasma itself, low-energy pico toning and Sylfirm X are usually the safer core of the plan.
Who it suits
- Sun spots and flat brown age spots (lentigines)
- Scattered small spots across the cheeks
- Diffuse redness on the cheeks
- Fine facial hair (peach fuzz) that makes makeup look uneven
- Skin that looks clearer for a short trip (one-day package)
When another option fits better
- Melasma: pico toning with Sylfirm X is the safer core treatment.
- Pores and acne scars: Sylfirm X or Pico Fraxel fits better.
- Raised moles or growths: the doctor examines these first; CO2 laser may be used.
Dr. Ha’s note
Most people who ask me for “spot removal” actually have two or three kinds of pigment on the same face. I treat the clear sun spots with Accento N and keep the melasma areas on a gentler plan. If I mix them up, melasma can flare. For travelers, I also plan around crusts. If you have a wedding or photos in a few days, I may suggest a lighter session now and the stronger one on your next trip. I would rather you leave happy than leave with crusts on the day you did not want them.
Aftercare
- Spots may look darker for several days before flaking off. This is expected.
- Let crusts fall off naturally. Picking can leave marks.
- Use sunscreen every day; new sun exposure on treated spots raises the risk of darkening.
- Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang and firm massage for about a week.
- No alcohol or smoking for about a week.
- Blisters can occur in some cases. If they do, message us so we can advise on care.
- Results vary, and spots can return with sun exposure.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Accento N cost at Peachcell?
A single Accento N session is not on Peachcell’s winter 2026 menu. It is part of the Peachcell Signature One-Day Package (Accento vellus hair removal + blemish removal + Cryo + melasma injection) at ₩420,000. Package prices change by season, VAT (10%) is separate, and your final quote is confirmed after the consultation. Ask on WhatsApp for current pricing. See the full winter 2026 price list.
Does Accento N hurt?
It feels like a rubber band snapping with heat. Most people tolerate it with numbing cream for spot removal. Redness and hair settings are usually milder.
Can I fly home with crusts?
Yes. The crusts are small and safe to fly with. Plan treatment early in your trip if you want them gone before you go home, as they usually take 5–10 days.
Will the spots come back?
A spot that has been removed does not usually return in the same way, but new spots can form with sun exposure. Daily sunscreen is the most important way to prevent them.
Results vary by individual. Every treatment plan is decided after an in-person consultation with the doctor.
