GOURI is a Korean collagen-stimulating injection made of polycaprolactone (PCL) in a fully dissolved, liquid form. People search for the GOURI skin booster in Korea because it is newer and mostly available at Korean clinics.
Because GOURI is a liquid, it spreads evenly through the treated layer. That makes it suited to the whole face: thin skin that has lost density, a tired look, and mild hollows such as under the cheekbones. Dr. Ha has made several videos about it, including real before-and-after results.
At Peachcell Clinic in Gangnam, GOURI is chosen after a 3D skin analysis and a consultation with the doctor who will treat you.
How it works
PCL is a material long used in medicine that the body breaks down slowly. In GOURI it is dissolved into a liquid, so there are no particles to clump. The doctor spreads it across the face in the right layer.
As the body slowly breaks down the PCL, the skin responds by building collagen. The face gradually looks firmer and fuller in a soft, even way over the following weeks.
GOURI is often described as “liquid lifting,” but it does not pull tissue up like an energy-based lifting device. It improves density and fills mild hollows, which can make the face look less tired.
Who it suits
- Thin skin that has lost density across the whole face
- Mild hollows under the cheekbones or a “peanut-shaped” face
- A tired look without obvious sagging
- People who want a soft, overall change without filler shape
- People who found standard hydrating boosters too short-lived
When another option fits better
- Clear sagging along the jaw or double chin: Ultherapy PRIME or Onda lifting fits better.
- A defined shape, such as a projected chin or fuller lips: a hyaluronic acid filler is the better tool.
- Mainly pores and texture: Juvelook Skin or Sylfirm X is usually more direct.
Dr. Ha’s note
I like GOURI for faces that look tired and slightly hollow, where filler would feel like too much. I am careful to explain what it does not do. It will not pull up heavy jowls, and when I see that kind of sagging I recommend a lifting device first. I usually plan one vial for the full face and adjust where it goes based on the 3D analysis. Because the change comes from your own collagen, it is gradual. I would rather you notice it slowly and keep it than see a dramatic change that looks done.
Aftercare
- Mild swelling and warmth are normal for a few days.
- Wash gently that evening. Makeup from the next day.
- No alcohol or smoking for about a week.
- Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang and firm facial massage for about a week.
- Use sunscreen every day.
- Contact us if you notice a lump that does not soften, or redness and pain that increase.
- Results vary and build over several weeks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does GOURI cost in Korea at Peachcell?
Peachcell’s listed price in winter 2026 is ₩590,000 for one vial of GOURI. This is an event price and it changes. VAT (10%) is added on top, and your final quote is confirmed after the consultation. See the full winter 2026 price list.
Is GOURI a filler?
No. A filler adds volume in a set shape right away. GOURI is a liquid that spreads through the skin and works by prompting new collagen, so the change is gradual and even.
How long does GOURI last?
The result builds over several weeks and, because it is your own collagen, usually lasts many months. How long varies with age, skin and lifestyle.
Can I fly home after GOURI?
Most people fly the next day. Swelling is usually mild and settles in 1–3 days. Leave at least one full day in Seoul in case you want to check in with us.
How do I know it is genuine GOURI?
We use only genuine products at the stated dose. You can ask to see the sealed vial before the treatment begins.
Results vary by individual. Every treatment plan is decided after an in-person consultation with the doctor.
