Do you want your face to look firmer this week, not three months from now, and wonder whether Titanium lifting can do that?
Read this before you book. Titanium is the lifting treatment people in Korea choose before an event or a flight home, but it is milder than Ultherapy or Thermage, and that difference decides whether it is the right money for your face.
By the end you will know how Korean clinics price Titanium, what Peachcell charges, what you can expect to see the same day, what recovery looks like, and when I would point you to a stronger lift instead.
I’m Dr. Ha Chang-ik, head doctor of Peachcell Clinic in Sinsa, Seoul. I graduated from Korea University College of Medicine and serve as Academic Director of the Korean Society of Filler Medicine. Lifting is a large part of what I do every week.
Every first visit at Peachcell starts with a 3D skin scan on EVE MUSE. After that a doctor, not a counselor, consults you and plans your treatment.
I wrote this because Titanium is often sold as “the lift with no downtime”, which is true, but it leaves out the part that matters: what it can and cannot lift. I would rather you know that before you pay.
Quick answer: Titanium lifting at Peachcell
- 30kJ ₩290,000 · 50kJ ₩490,000 · 70kJ ₩690,000. Our most popular winter offer is 20 minutes of unlimited Onda + Titanium for ₩790,000.
- These are winter 2026 event prices, valid until 30 November 2026. VAT (10%) is added on top.
- About 20 to 30 minutes for the face. Most people feel gradual warmth, and numbing cream is usually not needed.
- Many people see a firmer, brighter look the same day. There is little to no downtime, so you can fly home the next day.
- For heavy jowls or deep sagging, Ultherapy PRIME lifts more. Titanium works best for early loss of firmness, dull skin and a quick refresh.
What Titanium lifting is
Titanium lifting uses the Alma Titanium laser. It fires three wavelengths at once, 755, 810 and 1064nm, which reach different depths of the skin.
Instead of a few strong pulses, the handpiece glides over the face in repeated passes and warms the dermis gradually. Slow heat lets collagen tighten and starts new collagen with low pain and little irritation on the surface. The warming also tends to make the skin look brighter and more even.
That is why Titanium feels so different from Ultherapy. Ultherapy places focused ultrasound points deep, down to the SMAS layer that holds up the face. Titanium works more broadly and more gently, closer to the surface.
How Titanium is priced in Korea: kJ, not shots
Ultherapy and Thermage are priced by the shot. Titanium is priced by kJ, the total energy delivered across your face.
A higher kJ means more passes and more heat build-up. A smaller face, or a first session, may need less. A larger face, or someone who wants the jawline and neck included, may need more. The doctor recommends the amount after looking at your face size and skin.
When you compare clinics, compare the same kJ, ask whether a doctor sets the energy, and remember that VAT (10%) is added on top of listed prices in Korea.

| Titanium 30kJ | ₩290,000 |
| Titanium 50kJ | ₩490,000 |
| Titanium 70kJ | ₩690,000 |
| 20-minute unlimited Onda + Titanium (most popular) | ₩790,000 |
| Thermage 600 shots + Titanium 60kJ + LDM | ₩2,700,000 |

The Onda + Titanium session is popular for a reason: Onda reaches fat and deeper tissue along the jaw, Titanium firms and brightens the skin on top, and you get both in one visit.
Titanium vs Ultherapy vs Thermage
| Titanium | Ultherapy PRIME | Thermage FLX | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Energy | Three laser wavelengths | Focused ultrasound | Monopolar radiofrequency |
| Main target | Skin firmness and brightness | Deep sagging, jowls (SMAS) | Skin tightening, texture |
| Feel | Gradual warmth | Deep, sharp points | Strong heat pulses |
| Downtime | Little to none | Little; mild tenderness | Little; mild redness |
| When it shows | Fresher look the same day, more over weeks | Builds over 2 to 3 months | Builds over months |
| Priced by | kJ | Shot | Shot |
None of these is “better” in general. They answer different problems. If your main worry is a heavy lower face, read Ultherapy cost in Korea or Ulthera vs Thermage. Titanium is often used alongside Thermage or Onda, and for maintenance between bigger treatments.
Who Titanium suits, and who should choose something else
Titanium is a good fit for:
- Mild loss of firmness and early sagging
- Dull skin that also needs brightening
- A quick refresh before an event or a flight home
- People who cannot take time off and want nothing to hide afterward
- Maintenance between stronger treatments such as Thermage FLX or Ulthera
I would suggest something else for:
- Deep sagging, heavy jowls or marionette lines: Ultherapy PRIME lifts more.
- Fat along the jaw or a double chin as the main problem: Onda reduces fat as well as tightening, which is why we pair it with Titanium.
- Thin skin with hollow cheeks and little volume: XERF with Hilowave supports volume and firmness together.
Cases from our clinic

This case shows what people mean by “the same day”. The after photo was taken right after treatment. The skin over the cheek looks smoother and the hollow reads softer, without redness that needs covering.

Here the jaw line and the area under the chin look tighter. When the fat under the chin is the bigger part of the problem, I usually add Onda rather than raising the Titanium dose.
Results: what you see and when
- The same day: many people see a firmer, brighter look straight after the session.
- Over the following weeks: the collagen effect builds as the skin remodels.
- How long it lasts: this varies between people. Many repeat Titanium as maintenance; some do a short series about a month apart, then maintain.
Titanium will not lift a heavy jowl the way Ulthera can. If you expect that, you will be disappointed, and I would rather say so at the consultation.
Pain, recovery and flying home
- Pain: one of the most comfortable lifting options. Most people feel warmth that rises slowly. Numbing cream is available on request.
- Downtime: none to minimal. Slight redness or warmth usually fades within hours.
- Same day: you can wash your face and wear makeup.
- For about a week: avoid alcohol, smoking, strong massage, saunas and jjimjilbang.
- Every day: use sunscreen, especially if you want the brightening to last.
- Flying: with little to no downtime, Titanium is one of the easiest treatments to fit in at the end of a trip, even the day before your flight.
Contact the clinic if you notice a blister or unusual irritation.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Titanium lifting cost in Korea?
At Peachcell, the winter 2026 event price is ₩290,000 for 30kJ, ₩490,000 for 50kJ and ₩690,000 for 70kJ, valid until 30 November 2026. VAT (10%) is separate, and the final plan is confirmed at the consultation.
What does kJ mean for Titanium lifting?
kJ is the total energy delivered across the face. A higher kJ means more passes and more heat build-up. The doctor recommends an amount based on your face size and skin.
Is Titanium lifting better than Ultherapy?
They do different jobs. Titanium firms and brightens the skin with little downtime. Ultherapy reaches deeper and lifts more for jowls and deep sagging. The right choice depends on where your face is losing support.
Can I see Titanium results the same day?
Many people see a firmer, brighter look straight after the session, and the collagen effect builds over the following weeks. Results vary between people.
Can I fly home the day after Titanium lifting?
Yes. There is no wound and redness, if any, usually fades within hours, so it is one of the easiest treatments to schedule at the end of a trip.
Results vary by individual. Every treatment plan is decided after an in-person consultation with the doctor.
